Greg Antonetti - Sales Maestro Vice President, SalesNot long after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in chemical engineering, Greg found his true calling: sales. He worked for a number of years for other companies, including AGA, before coming to Henry Broch and Company. Born with a gift of gab and a talent for making friends, Greg travels the world, and can be found working with the firm's principals, meeting with customers and even chatting with farmers in Peru. Jeff Antonetti - Director of Practical MannersChief Financial OfficerAfter graduating from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in chemical engineering, Jeff held a number of engineering positions at Indianapolis Power & Light. After 20 years, he joined his brother Greg at Henry Broch and Company. Known as the brother with his feet firmly planted on the ground, Jeff manages overall operations day to day, and ensures that the company is running smoothly. This includes troubleshooting as well as overseeing the IT Department and Human Resources. Jim Kuzma - Spice-osaurPresident A devoted, Porsche-driving grandfather, no one actually knows when Jim arrived. The rumor is that he simply showed up one day with a broken bag of pepper and refused to leave. However, his wealth of knowledge and natural ability to develop relationships has proved invaluable and made him President of the Henry Broch team. Kuz, as he refers to himself, has through osmosis gained an overabundance of information regarding the spice and industrial food ingredient sectors, which he imparts upon the most inquisitive employees. With a beginning in education, in the field of mathematics, Jim is perfect for driving the company to new markets. When hes not thinking about spices and herbs, hes visiting his children and grandchildren, enjoying the occasional jazz concert, and spending time with his lovely and tolerant wife, Diane.
